A revolutionary water-oil filtration system engineered to extend oil life, improve food quality, and reduce operating costs for commercial kitchens.

Patented Water-Oil Technology

Unlike conventional fryers, EcoSEF continuously separates burnt food particles from the cooking oil. Crumbs sink into a dedicated water zone where they remain isolated from heat, preventing carbonization and preserving oil quality.

Because these particles are isolated from direct heat, they do not carbonize or contaminate the oil. This innovative process helps maintain cleaner oil for significantly longer periods, reducing the buildup of impurities that can affect food quality, taste, and appearance.
